Paula and Lyndsey make a £14,500 profit on a flat in Edinburgh, before setting their sights on a property on the Royal Mile - the city's most historic street. Meanwhile, Dan and Daniel continue to invest in their conversion of a crumbling four-storey house in Margate and set about re-drawing their plans - much to Gary's dismay
