An operative has apparently reached her thirteenth birthday, and is scheduled for decommission; but on route to the moon base, the transport ship carrying her is shanghied and forced to land. When the local KND arrive on the scene, they now must work with Decommission Officer Numbah 86, a boy-hating brat with a bad attitude! And when the fugitive flees to the Delightful Children's mansion, the
