Surrey to Winchester

Kristian Digby sets out to find the perfect house swap for two families in Surrey. With the arrival of son Felix, Terence and Helen Smiyan want to swap their Jacobean terrace house in Bletchingley for a bigger house with a garden nearer Helen's Mum in Winchester. Carl and Shirley Berryman are currently renting out their three bedroom character cottage with secluded garden in Bagshot but are looking to swap it for a family home they can live in with their two small children. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations will they decide to swap homes for good?
