Kristian Digby sets out to find the perfect house swap for Jonathan and Melody Dean, who are desperate to swap their 5-bedroom barn conversion in Somerset for a house nearer daughter Kristina's school, the Purcell School of Music, 140 miles away in Bushey, Hertfordshire. Currently Kristina has to board, and with siblings Katie and Matthew set to follow her to the school, the Deans need to move to keep the family together. Andy Antonio's property in Hemel Hempstead is a large detached, unfinished new-build just 11 miles from the music school. Unable to finish building the house because of problems with planning permission, Andy is keen to swap it for a home in the country. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations, will they decide to swap homes for good?
