Mike and Sue Housley have nearly finished building their Spanish-style villa on Yorkshire's east coast in Skipsea and want to swap it for a house near the inland waterways so that Mike can have a canal boat. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal.
