In this two-part special season opener, Tim, the tactical advisor from Germany (who analyzes and suggests various strategies in relation to ET groups in contact with Earth) meets with insider Richard Doty, a retired counter-intelligence agent who served in the AFOSI (Air Force Office of Special Investigations).
