Broadcaster and cyclist Rebecca Charlton fully embraced the active pregnancy lifestyle, and in her third trimester, she welcomed Matt Stephens to the South Downs Link for a Sigma Sports Cafe Ride like no other. The two pals had lots to chat about while riding along Rebecca's favourite gravel path, including the history of Bramber Castle, pronunciation faux pas, cycling during pregnancy and the challenges facing women in a male-dominated sporting environment.
