Episode 1
Sia, a young Franco-Ivorian, has just lost her father. Recently in contact with Adjoua, her half-sister, she leaves Paris for Abidjan. Their reunion is intense, but a few days later Adjoua disappears. Sia then finds herself alone with Amelan, her niece, a little girl suffering from sickle cell disease...
Episode 2
Sia reports her sister missing to Yao, a gruff and depressed police officer. Amelan, her niece, has a sickle cell crisis. Sia takes her to the hospital, where she meets Felix. The young doctor tells her that without a transplant from her mother, the little girl is doomed. Sia, with the help of Felix, decides to find her sister. She then meets Madame Corinne and her daughters, former "généreuses de bizi" - occasional prostitutes.
Episode 3
Yao, the police officer who recorded Adjoua's disappearance, takes a liking to Sia. He discovers that his half-sister wanted to leave the country with false papers. Maybe she was running away from something... or someone?
Episode 4
Amelan's health is deteriorating. Sia must find her sister as soon as possible and seduces Jack, Papa John's partner. She wakes up the next day with no memory of the evening, but on her body, there is a trace of it... With Yao's help, Sia discovers an important clue about Adjoua's disappearance.
Episode 5
Sia is captured by Jacob, a henchman of Papa John, while Yao is shot. At the hospital, while he treats Yao, Felix remembers a notebook that Adjoua left him before disappearing, but this notebook is encrypted, indecipherable... The two men set off on Sia's trail.
Episode 6
Sia is found, exhausted, by the girls from Madame Corinne's shelter for Bizis. The next day, the body of a woman is discovered in a street, is it Adjoua's? Sia thinks she will find answers in Bassam, in their native village.
Episode 7
Back in time, where we discover Adjoua's journey and all the secrets that have marked her life: how she became Papa John's mistress and the reasons that pushed her to reconnect with Sia.
Episode 8
Adjoua and Jacob have Papa John's men on their tail. Adjoua goes to see Felix to get news of her daughter. But Amelan has disappeared and the couple is taken prisoner. Sia and Yao mount a police operation to free them...
