Mexico-Baja California

Jose concludes the first leg of his journey in Oaxaca, a city with a unique culture and tradition. He learns about spices including coastal red chilli, corn ashes, and hoja santa.

Jose continues his trip across Peru, learning how spices including huacatay, aji rocoto, and cocoa leaf are used in Peruvian cuisine.

Argentina
