LAP YAN gets well-prepared for the issue after his death. He goes to make a testament in the law firm and delegates someone to buy a burial ground for himself. KAI TAI misunderstands that LAP YAN has become rich. As LAP YAN treats others with totaIly different altitude, his relationship with the colleagues becomes more harmonious. POON WAI greatly appraises him about this. Suddenly, LAP YAN has a crazy idea. He intends to make a match of POON WAI and WAI YIN so that WAI YIN will get someone's care after his death. So he invites POON WAI to a dinner at home. JO FAI asks KAI TAI to lend him money to open a clinic again. KAI TAI wants to take this opportunity to get FAI's approval of the marriage of him with MAN JING. But later, he wants to use his true love to impress MAN JING and so he pursues her bravely.
