The airline's new director of communications hopes to meet her boss Richard Branson for the first time as he shoots a range of adverts for the brand in Florida. Head of customer experience Reuben is responsible for everything to do with how the airline looks and feels and is tasked with overseeing the company's first new TV ad campaign in two years.
