I touched grass... and so should you!

Should you TOUCH GRASS? No, we're not insulting you. We literally are asking... should you TOUCH grass? Does going outside, pressing your palms against the luscious blades of grass, and sitting in nature actually have any benefits? Or should we all just stay inside forever?
