TY points out that MAN suffers from brain pathological change, which explains his silly speech and behavior. He advises MAN to stay for treatment. MAN, nevertheless, insists to leave, and claims that fools have fortune and that it is good that he can play instruments again. MAN teaches YEUNG to play the flute. This reminds BETSY of something in the past. YEUNG comes to MC’s office and finds that the door is locked. He knocks at the window violently, but MC remains motionless. YEUNG gets into a panic.
