Nelson instigates the people of Jhansi with false news about Gangadhar's death and the plan of the royalty to abscond. Nelson stabs the British doctor, and the dying doctor confesses the truth to Laxmi Bai. With the ministers trying to control the unrest, Rao Dulhajo gets the opportunity to stab Gangadhar.
