After a stint in Montreal, Peggy and Kevin are moving back to Toronto. And because these virgins are wary of Toronto's sky-high real estate prices, they're prepared to take out a hefty mortgage and hoping to find a property with a rental unit to help offset their costs. Enter real estate expert Sandra Rinomato. She promises to find them a house that fits the bill... But after the first tour, the couple is overwhelmed and disappointed by how little house they can afford. Sandra encourages them to keep the faith. But when they later find an ideal property, will the ensuing bidding war be too much for them to handle?
