The Comeback

Scott is excited about working with a new therapist, Ted from Cal U., and he believes against all odds that he will be in shape for the Olympic swim team trials. Trying to rush along his rehabilitation, he persuades Ted to let him get back in the water. Scott says he feels great and his comeback is progressing very rapidly, but he's been taking medication to ease the pain his shoulder is causing him. With Peter and Lisa watching, Scott pushes to regain his old swimming times, but he stops in pain. Lisa finds the empty pill bottle. Ted later tells Scott that the damage he did was great enough that he will never swim competitively again. Scott reacts angrily and immaturely. Ted tells him not to give up on the rest of his life. After reflection, Scott tells Lisa and Peter he wants to study to be a physical therapist. Jason and Alex go along with Traycee on a road trip to Mexico in her new ""Barbiemobile.""
