"The Company's Garden is one of the cornerstones of South Africa's culinary history and that sets the theme for this Team Challenge - the Top 10 have to create dishes to reflect South Africa's culinary heritage, and pair their dishes perfectly with one of the Nederburg "Heritage Heroes" range of wines. The judges are members of the South Africa's National Culinary Olympics squad."
