Fire Pit Chicken

Ian takes a trip to visit Iron Chef Jose Garces on his farm and learns his twist on preparing nachos. After being inspired, Ian returns home to make his version of a Potato Nacho to go along with his Brick Chicken, cooked over an open fire pit.
