In the Charente, new owners Sophie and Ray are determined to transform a boring bedroom into a beautiful boudoir.

On the banks of the Lot river at Château de Cézérac, Jon and Carmen are giving their tired courtyard a full facelift. At Château de Lalacelle, everything hangs in the balance as Terry and Ashley race to complete their 401 suite restoration, but there are vast curtains and a brand-new front door still to install. Also, at Château de Pican, Jane and Rory must fully renovate their dilapidated gîte before summer.

Ben and Billie embark on a dramatic two-bedroom apartment makeover for a Valentine's Day event at Château La Grande Maison. In the Dordogne, Nick and Nicole battle to transform the façade of their dilapidated chateau into an architectural statement.

In the Loire Valley at Château La Grande Maison, Ben and Billie's unfinished apartment gets their hearts racing as try to complete it for a decadent Valentine's Day event. At the Château Trois Cloches, Chris and Jolyon are tackling a full façade transformation. Near Bordeaux at Château Méaume, Mark and Sandra juggle a full gîte renovation with managing a vineyard and tractor lessons.

Erin and JB race to light up their red salon before a drinks party. Anna and Edward rebuild a sweeping stairway, and Christina and Sassan transform their grand front gates.

And in the Dordogne at Château Domaine De La Barde, seasoned renovators Tim and Krys set out to revive a lifeless reception room by restoring centuries-old ceiling beams.

In the Occitanie region, Janet and Philip set out to give their tired dining room a regal makeover, battling rotten skirting and a bespoke ceiling, but can they really create a space fit for royalty? In Brittany, Donna and Paul push on with their five-floor derelict home, working on precision tiling and custom skirting for their utility room. But have they taken on more than they can handle? And at Château de Lalande, Stephanie hunts for the perfect spot to build a chicken palace, hopefully without ruffling too many feathers.

In Brittany, Donna and Paul race to finish their utility room, while in Normandy at Château de Lalacelle, Terry and Ashley turn their attention to the front gardens, with ambitious water features planned and kilometres of pipework to lay. Meanwhile in the Dordogne, moving day brings a startling discovery for Helen and Malcolm: a cellar packed with 20,000 bottles.

At Château de Montespieu, Louisa and Roger face their first wedding booking, but they need extra accommodation. Debbie and Dave transform their dusty disused barn into a craft retreat at Château Chomet, while at Château de la Boutinière, Alison and Zion battle mismatched windows, curtains and an upcycled bed as they race to finish their top-floor apartment.

Eleanor and Ben explore different châteaux near the Pyrenees that they hope will lead them to a forever family home. Vivienne and Simon plan a lavish costume party themed around their new Empire Suite.

Alicia and Carlton are getting Château D'Aran wedding-ready, but with the ceremony approaching fast and a bathroom still to revamp, the pressure's mounting. Eleanor and Ben continue their dream château hunt near the Pyrenees, while Kathryn and Steve try to squeeze a modern bathroom into a former coal store.

In Brittany, Donna and Paul return to the basement of their five-storey home, and the race is on to install the final windows and seal the rear façade before the elements take over. At Château de la Grillère, Tim and Sharon are desperate to open their doors to guests, but with a first-floor suite unfinished, a window seat to build and wasps in the chimney, everything is against them.

In the Charente, Sophie and Ray struggle to bring the modern to the ancient. At Château Domaine de la Barde, a laundry room renovation has Krys and Tim in a spin. And at Château de Cézérac, Jon and Carmen encounter problems with their potager.

Half-built walls and a ticking clock haunt Sophie and Ray at Château des Fouilloux. A massive water leak forces Stephanie into a full kitchen rebuild at Château de Lalande. And in Occitania, happily ever after seems a long way off for Janet and Philip.

After a major flood at Château de Lalande, Stephanie needs to complete a full kitchen refurb before a house full of guests descend for her 50th birthday extravaganza. Near Cognac, Bart and Sarah rush to complete a bathroom for their best friends' wedding. Near the Pyrenees, sustainability champion Trish rescues battery hens and plans to build them a château of their own, complete with roosting rooms.

In Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Christina and Sassan want to create a deluxe apartment, but they're starting with a tired-looking guest room. They're gambling on bold wallpaper, bespoke woodwork and an upcycled door to create the mega transformation. In the Dordogne, dirty laundry is piling up at Château Domaine de la Barde while Tim and Krys complete vital plumbing and cabinetry for their colossal launderette. Near Cognac, it's finally wedding day at Bart and Sarah's, but thunderstorms are looming.

Erin and JB go underground to tackle a major electrical fault at Château de Bourneau, while at Château Domaine de la Barde, Tim wants to build a vast new terrace, which means rebuilding a centuries-old wall and clearing a bamboo forest. in the Dordogne, Jon and Carmen's 300-year-old kitchen floor needs lifting and is only coming up in pieces.

At Château de la Boutinière, Alison and Zion have just weeks left to complete a three-year wedding garden makeover before the first bridal party arrive. Tim and Krys get stuck with eight tons of quick-drying concrete. Tim and Sasha upgrade their chicken coop.

At Château de Montespieu, Louisa and Roger want to create a stunning new suite before a wedding, but a secret tower room and a locked safe could spell trouble. At Château de la Ruche, Tim and Rebecca want to transform a tired, neglected outbuilding into a potting shed in preparation for Rebecca's first ever flower retreat.

At Château de Montespieu, Louisa and Roger continue work on their Gingko Suite, but a shocking bathroom discovery could change everything. Debbie and Dave's craft room is derailed, while Donna and Paul are pushed to their limits after struggling to haul a standalone roll-top bath up three floors.

Jane and Rory dive into a new project and Anna and Maxime tame a wild, overgrown courtyard. Louisa and Rodger face the challenge of finishing a new suite before a wedding party arrives - knowing if they fail, they'll have a very unhappy bride on their hands.
