On a Cliff Edge

Every year thousands of young people with additional support needs and disabilities leave Scottish schools. In this programme Ian Hamilton meets young disabled people and their families who say they have been left on a cliff edge. They say social care, health and employment services are ill-prepared as they move into adulthood and are calling for better support to be put in place.
