Downsizing From the Family Home

After decades of memories, Kathleen are Tom and selling the family home and downsizing. Two daughters are college bound, and one daughter lives with them only on weekends. Since their new condo won't be ready until next spring, Tom has just rented a transition house. Now this busy family has to prep their cluttered house for a summer sale, or they will soon be paying for three homes.
