HAU is locked up by TAI LONG. HOI seeks assistance from his friends in Shanghai. TAI LONG asks HOI to surrender the name list in exchange for HAU's safety. YIU scolds LIK as his opium has been stolen. KEUNG returns the opium to LIK and LIK sells it. KEUNG invites LIK to help him fight YIU. LIK agrees. He uses YIU's money to buy the stock which will depreciate quickly. YIU is shocked as he suffers so much in the stock market. YIU is sick. HOI asks KEUNG to help him. With KEUNG's assistant, HOI gets the name list from Ching Mu Sect. As HAU does not want HOI to betray his country, she commits suicide with poison. H01 is in deep grief.
