After going through a serious economic crisis in the early 2000s, Lisbon once again became one of the main tourist destinations in Europe. All eyes turn to the so-called white city, due to its shine. With 300 days of sunshine a year and a temperature rarely below 10 degrees, the Portuguese capital has arguments to seduce. Lisbon is a city of contrasts: on one side the historic center with its castle and narrow streets, on the other the old industrial neighborhoods undergoing rehabilitation that attract artists and connected youth. Lisbon stretches along the Tagus River and a trip of 2 or 3 days will be enough to convince you that it is indeed one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.
