In the season 3 premiere of Home Town Takeover, "Greetings From Sebring!", Ben and Erin Napier arrive in Sebring, Florida, to revitalize the historic downtown circle, starting with a soda shop and a kindergarten teacher's home, with help from Dave and Jenny Marrs.
