Desserts against butchers: who will wear a black apron?

During the castings, Hector Jimenez-Bravo and Vladimir Yaroslavsky worried that confectioners would not be able to process a huge fish or a heavy piece of meat. And no one thought how hard-working butchers would cope with fragile eclairs and croissants. What about today, the day when we all learn whether it is really easy to prepare dessert?
