LEE CHIU YAN and CHEUNG WING POR were very close friends. They have known each other since childhood. YAN always aimed too high and instigated POR to buy a luxury apartment at a very high price. As a result, it became a negative asset. POR’s wife HO LAI FUN hated him very much. YAN had owned debt. He intended to borrow money from financial company for stock speculation.
