WAI and FAN have no way and decide to follow KEUNG so as to have some clue. However, KEUNG always notices them. KIU knows PAK YUK TONG and invites him to publish a book related to the police affairs. TONG promises her gladly. He could also take this opportunity to investigate KIM's group. TONG admires NGAN a lot. He is very excited when he formally knows NGAN.
