CHI’s subordinate WONG MEI-KIU takes a nap at CHI’s home. Suddenly the phone rings and KIU manages to get the call, which is from YAN’s girlfriend FUK YING-YING. This, however, makes YING suspect that YAN has cheated on her. LEUNG learns from LAM that the film production company has not taken any legal action against the shop owners. He is even more surprised to discover that KEI has gobbled up the money that should have been paid to the shop owners as compensation. LEUNG reveals to the storeowners what KEI has done and manages to remove him from the position of Chairman. KAM’s father KWOK TAI-HOI is a heavy gambler who once lost a huge amount of money at one go. To make it up to KAM, he has made a promise to give up gambling.
