WAI and WING are both put on probation, which comes as a great relief for everyone. NGO poses herself as a new taxi driver and has a nice chat with SHING on her walkie-talkie. Knowing that SHING has really changed his ways, NGO is finally willing to forgive him. She has even managed to get a taxi license as a token of support for her husband. STELLA learns from the villagers that the tangerine at the very top of the tree will serve as a lucky charm for those who are embroiled in lawsuits. Hoping to help SING, STELLA gets up to the tree top trying to get the lucky tangerine. SING is so grateful to her for her thoughtfulness. TAK decides to turn himself in and SING can finally prove his innocence. SING and STELLA draft a proposal for the development of the farmland and submit it to the chairman of the developer company Mr. LUI.
