TAK has no alternatives but to tell SHIRLEY about the freelance business of MANDY. Although SHIRLEY feels pity, she insists MANDY to resign. Thus, PIC and BO also follow the decision of MANDY. Just before submitting the resignation letter, MANDY realises that SHIRLEY is redundant. Fit 100 Department is undertaken by KWOK now. In order to establish goodwill in the department, KWOK implements new policy and resumes the fourteenth months salary. Everyone is amazed with joy. On contrary, SHIRLEY feels bitter at heart and cannot figure out the reason for her redundant. After serious thoughts, SHIRLEY finally realises that she has offended BON; thus, has to be redundant. TAK thinks that he owes an apology to MANDY. And when he finds MANDY, he is surprised to discover the incident happens to SHIRLEY.
