Episode 3

HANG worries a lot of YEE who is sick. HANG is not used to the life at the prison. The prisoners humbug him. He requests to ring home but is not allowed. He is very depressed. YEE has been miscarried the baby. Though she is very weak, she still wants to go to visit HANG. However, her mother, CHIU MEI CHING, stops YEE from visiting HANG. YEE's mother-in-law is so exhausted that she faints at home. HANG is very upset as nobody visited him. An officer, TAM CHI SHAN, goes to the prison the first time to introduce them the details of her work. However, the prisoners play trick on her. TSUN quarrels with one of the prisoner, TAI SHUN. TSUN is then arranged to stay at HANG's gaol. HANG is very uncooperative. The leader of the gaol, LI SHING, is very dissatisfied with him and always finds fault on him. HANG is collapsed and he attempts to commit suicide.
