When Sing-yan leads a party of soldiers to purge Chung-hsien's family, eunuch Tsao Hua-hsiang finds out a letter which is sworn in blood by dedicated gang of 13. Knowing that his opponents are not completely wiped out, Chung-cheng worries very much. Actually the "mouse" killer is on the verge of-break-up after Wei Chung- hsien is killed.
