Brad Fewins reprises his role as Detective Ricky Rodriquez in the conclusion of the two part episode, 'The Deal'.

Burt is contacted by mysterious evil drug lord Cletus Clarence who blackmails him into helping him plan his partners death. Later, Rick and Burt respond to a disturbing the peace call and find C.C. in the red light district. The crime team decides to take him in for questioning.
