Outdoor enthusiasts John and Heather are looking for a vacation retreat for their family on Lake Oconee in Georgia, and they find a fixer-upper in an ideal setting. Fortunately, John is a contractor, but as they get into the project, they discover it will cost far more than they originally thought.
