Caldey and Carreg Cennen

Weatherman Derek Brockway heads west for another two wonderful walks - one down by the sea and the other up in the hills with an iconic castle as its centrepiece. Derek first takes a hop across the water from Tenby to Caldey Island. Well-known for its monastery, monks and lavender perfume, it's also a super place for a sunny stroll. Then Derek takes a circular walk around Carreg Cennen Castle, one of the most dramatic, photogenic and romantic castles in Wales.
