David Toutain
David is a French Chef. he was trained at the Granville Hotel School, he honed his skills under renowned chefs such as Bernard Loiseau, Alain Passard, Pierre Gagnaire, Bernard Pacaud and Marc Veyrat. Following memorable stints at Mugaritz in Spain and then in New York, he returned to Paris to take charge of L’Agapé Substance before spending a year travelling around the world. In 2013, he opened his own restaurant in Les Invalides, which was quickly recognised: 1 Michelin star in 2015, 2 stars in 2019, and 4 Gault & Millau toques.
