Kienan Dietrich

A long-time veteran of the Atlanta underground scene, Kienan’s life has been defined by a commitment to the DIY ethic and the tactile history of music, such as collecting vinyl and cassettes. Before the band, he spent years navigating the rock circuit in groups like Ravens and Wolves. As a member of the queer community, he sought to build a professional space where marginalized voices could thrive. He co-founded Sarah and the Safe Word with Sarah, providing the strategic vision and melodic foundation that allowed their unique "cabaret rock" sound to reach national audiences.
