Stefan Pavelka is a Slovak video game developer and producer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He co‑founded Ablaze Entertainment, where he worked on classic Amiga games such as The Strangers (1997) and Napalm: Crimson Crisis (1999). Later he helped establish Cypron Studios and was lead designer on the real‑time strategy title State of War (2001). After 2008 he became head of indie studio Cypronia, leading its growth and international success — most notably with Cube Life: Island Survival (2015) on Nintendo platforms, which charted highly worldwide. Across his career Pavelka has been involved in the design, production, and management of 30+ games spanning PC and consoles. In addition to his work in games, Pavelka appeared as an actor in a small on‑screen role as Rebel #10 in the historical drama film Medieval (2022), a Czech/English production about the early life of Hussite leader Jan Žižka.
