Valeria Contreras Sánchez

Valeria Contreras Sánchez was born in Algar (Cádiz) in 2005. In 2023 she started Audiovisual Media Studies. She works with perseverance and dedication on her training, seeking complementary education and hands-on experience in her pursuit of a personal style. Valeria has worked as a producer and screenwriter on "La otra cara", a short film presented at the 22nd edition of Notodofilmfest, as well as taking part in smaller projects. "Reflejos" is her directorial debut, showcasing her interest in social issues through experimental storytelling. Over the course of its ten minutes, the piece explores the corruptive fragility of the human soul when faced with challenging circumstances.
