Jorge José Vasconcellos Paulo (born February 21, 1957), is a veteran of Brazilian dubbing, with several major works under his belt. He began his career in the 1980s, and gained notoriety voicing the character Red Guy, from the cartoons Cow and Chicken and I Am Weasel, from 1996 onwards.
