Jimmy Dijk

Jimmy Pieter Dijk (Oldenzijl, 3 November 1985) is a Dutch representative. Since 20 April 2023, he has been a member of the House of Representatives of the States General on behalf of the Socialistische Partij (SP). On 13 December 2023, he succeeded Lilian Marijnissen as chair of the SP parliamentary group, thereby becoming the de facto political leader of his party. Previously, Dijk served as a municipal councilor in the municipality of Groningen from 2010 to 2023.
