Jonathan Immanuel

Jonathan Immanuel was born in Jakarta, 1997, with Indonesian/Chinese descent. He graduated from School of Sound Recording (SSR), Jakarta with a film and television major. While studying he wrote and directed several short films which were screened at local festivals. In addition, he has also been involved in the production of Indonesian Feature Films, such as Sekte (2019), Malam Pencabut Nyawa (2024). Since 2018, Jonathan has worked at the Milkyway Studio production house. His recent work includes commercials, corporate videos, music videos and series. He directed commercials for brands such as Netflix, Prime Video, Informa, Tokopedia, Bukalapak and others
