Jacky Zhang

In 2020 Jacky won the UK Open International Piano Competition at the age of 12 and started undergraduate study at the Royal College of Music the following year. He is currently studying piano with Prof. Dmitri Alexeev and Jianing Kong, and composition with Prof. Kenneth Hesketh. Jacky has performed at numerous festivals and venues around the world including concertos like Saint-Saëns 2, Beethoven 2, Rachmaninov 2 and Mozart 20 with well-known conductors such as Vladimir Spivakov, SL.Tararin and Sergey Smbatyan. His broad musical interests also include conducting, historical performance, song writing and music for screen.
