Daniel Hibbert

Dan comes from Liverpool and began the French horn at the age of ten. He currently studies with Dave Bentley at the Junior Guildhall School of Music and Drama. In 2021 he was runner-up in the Junior Department’s Lutine Prize Competition. He played in the National Children’s Orchestra for four years and is principal horn in the Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. He is also a member of the National Youth Orchestra. Dan enjoys photography, which he is currently studying for A Level. In addition, he is very interested in historic and unusual horns.
