Mohamed Cheikh (Arabic: محمد شيخ) is a French-Algerian chef, born in 1981 in Montreuil, near Paris. He grew up in a modest family where cooking played a significant role, steeped in Algerian culinary traditions. Drawn to this world from a young age, he pursued a career in the restaurant industry and built his path with determination, learning on the job rather than through traditional academic training. After gaining experience in various establishments, he refined his technique and developed a personal culinary identity, marked by the fusion of French gastronomy and Mediterranean influences.
