One of these wins was for her film White Skin (2004). White Skin won a Genie award for the Best First Feature Film, a Best Canadian First Feature Award at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and a Best Canadian Feature Award in the Victoria Independant Film and Video Festival for director Daniel Rob. Marianne directed her first short film, when Saccage was released in 2015.
