Simon Allen

Simon Allen is a British composer and director who works with music and sound, writing and performing in all contexts. As both composer and director he was commissioned for the Cultural Olympiad as part of London 2012 to make a large scale work Resonance At The Still Point Of Change for live instrumental ensemble, voices, multiple film projections and lights. Much of his work is in theatre music, specializing in live sound design using repurposed objects, modified instruments and electronics.
