Svetlana Samoshina (Russian: Светлана Самошина; born 12 November 1985; Leninsk) is a Russian director and screenwriter. She graduated from the Faculty of Philology of St. Petersburg State University with a degree in American literature, the directing course of the New York Academy of Motion Picture Arts (2011), MSHNK (2015, the laboratory of directing Bakur Bakuradze and Nikolai Khomeriki). With the diploma tape "How to live without love" (2015) participated in the competition program "Kinotavr.
