Born in 1955, she was a protégé of Sonny Chiba and a key member of the Japan Action Club. Shihomi gained fame as the lead in the "Sister Street Fighter" film series, showcasing her impressive martial arts skills. She also appeared in other notable films such as "The Street Fighter" (1974) and "The Executioner" (1974). Shihomi retired from acting in the 1980s, leaving behind a legacy as one of Japan’s pioneering female action stars.
