Hilary Shepard (born Hilary Shapiro on December 10, 1959, in New York City) is a versatile American actress and singer of Eastern European Jewish heritage. She launched her career in the mid-1980s as co-lead singer and percussionist in the all-female band American Girls on IRS Records, before transitioning to acting with early film roles in Summer Lovers (1982) and Weekend Pass (1984). Best known for voicing the villainous pirate queen Divatox in Power Rangers Turbo (1997) and Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie, she also appeared in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as Hoya and Lauren, and in films like The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005), with recent TV movies including The Wrong Fiancé (2021). Previously married to Nick Turner, with whom she has two daughters, Shepard continues to work steadily in entertainment.
